Refund policy

These Policies applies to all aftermarket circuit boards, PCBs, Enclosures and DIY components sold by Qriotix Technologies.

🛡️ Warranty Policy

All Qriotix products include a 90‑day limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no cost. The warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused during DIY installation, modification, or improper handling
  • Normal wear from use

🔄 Replacement Policy

We will replace any PCB board or Screen that arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or develops a defect within the warranty period.

To start a claim:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Provide a clear explanation of the issue along with photos or video
  • In some cases, we may request the defective item be returned for inspection
  • If a return is required, Qriotix Technologies will cover the return shipping cost

Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement unit at no charge.

💳 Refund Policy

Because these are specialty/custom DIY electronic components, refunds are not available once an order has shipped.

Refunds or reshipments are only offered if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was lost in transit and never delivered

In these situations, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.

🧰 Customer Responsibility

Qriotix Technologies supplies aftermarket/custom DIY parts. Proper installation requires care and technical skill.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to screen, PCB, Enclosures, tools, or other items during installation
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Any assumption that Qriotix Tehcnologies' products are certified consumer, medical, or safety devices

🌍 Regional Consumer Rights

Some regions—such as the EU or UK—provide additional statutory protections, including a 14‑day right to cancel online purchases. Where these laws apply, they remain in full effect and are not limited by this policy.
